My husband is a pasta fanatic, and I like to cook what he likes to eat! Here’s a bunch of gluten free (and even some corn free!) pastas that stood up to the judges’ palates. Another pasta I’d recommend comes from Viviana. They’re gluten free and vegan, handmade, and are a small company from Colorado. I received a package of their penne in my TasteGuru box a month ago and used them in my Sausage Pepper Noodle Simmer and they were amazing! The recipe even got featured on their blog last week!
